Setting up the Kommo integration widget with Zoom
  • Widget Installation
    1. Follow the installation link.
    2. Select the account where you want to install the widget.
    3. Fill out the feedback form and complete the installation.
  • Zoom authentication.
    1. Open the "Settings" tab.
    2. Click the "Zoom Authorization" button.
    3. A Zoom authorization window will open, log in.
    4. After authorization, the widget settings will appear.
  • Widget settings
    1. Specify an additional field to add the meeting link for sending to the client.
    2. Specify an additional field to add the recording link so that the bot automatically sends the recording link to the client after the meeting.
    3. To schedule meetings, specify an additional field to select the meeting date.
    4. The widget allows you to automatically enable meeting recording.
    5. Enable adding the meeting summary to the deal's notes.
    6. Enable meeting transcription in the deal card. The transcription will be attached to the deal as a file for further analysis.
    7. Match Zoom users with Kommo.
  • Creating a link to the conference
    1. Go to the deal card and open the widget in the right panel.
    2. Click "Create conference".
    3. Copy the meeting link and send it to the client.
  • Conference recording
    After the conference is completed, a link to the recording will be attached as a note in the deal card, and the additional field will be filled with the conference link. The meeting transcript will be attached as a file in the deal card
  • Automatic conference creation and sending of the invitation link to the messenger
    1. Add a trigger in the funnel settings by selecting the GODI: Zoom widget.
    2. Choose the event that will trigger the action.
    3. Select the user on whose behalf the meeting will be created.
    4. Create a bot to send a message for the required event with a 1-minute delay, adding the "Meeting link" deal field to the message text.
